Our Story
The idea of Think Happy started with a little girl who lost her Mom to breast cancer. Her passing was devastating especially to this little girl.
Her Mom’s wish was to get to a Disney World hotel on the monorail line before she passed… unfortunately this did not come true.
This little girls birthday was coming up 5 months after her Mom’s passing. We needed to make her Mom’s wish come true and make it the most special birthday to try to bring the little girls smile back… even if it was just for a few moments. We helped orchestrate a trip to Disney World…
Words can’t even begin to describe the smile that never left this little girls face at Disney World!
Hence we decided to reach as many people as we can who are suffering and grieving from the loss of a loved one through the Hospice Care Network Bereavement Program. Let’s not forget these people and make dreams come true!
1 in 5 children experience the loss of a loved one before the age of 18. These children deserve to feel remembered and valued.
